Pet Quality Puppy purchase Contract And One Year
Genetic Contract
Responsibility for the Health of the puppy will be yours, As the buyer of this Puppy, you will have a Ten Day Health Guarantee from Date of Sale, with a One Year Life Threating Genetic Guarantee from Date of Birth.
EXAMINATION!!! is ESSENTIAL at the earliest possible time to make this a binding contract, Must be checked by a Licensed Veterinarian, not an ASSISTANT.
If your Veterinarian finds a life threating condition, you must return the puppy in the 10 day period with written documentation stating what's wrong with the Puppy. If the puppy should die while in your care with in this 10 day period, you must have a State Lab Test done (Autopsy to determine what the cause of death was) By A Licensed State Lab..Not your Veterinarian. And exchange the puppy for another puppy of equal value, If ones not available at that time, you must wait until one comes available. No replacement puppy will be given until and autopsy has been done to determine the cause of death. There will be no refunds of any money, only exchanges. Buyer except all financial responsibility , and travel expenses for replacement puppies on land or air. To make this a binding contract. This contract will be void if buyer fails to maintain annual check ups. This contract is non Transferable. Proof of said maintenance must be furnished upon request.
Buyer agrees to accept responsibility for the health and well being of the puppy for it's life time. This includes Financial Responsibility for any and all Veterinarian, and medical bills of all kinds. This puppy to my knowledge is completely Healthy and sound. After Puppy leaves my care , Breeders not responsible for any nor all Veterinarian bills of no kind.
INTEGRATION:
This agreement is fully integrated an represents the entire agreement of the parties: Any representations not expressed herein are of no effect. This Guarantee does not include retained testicles, breeding ability, size or color.
It must be a Life threating condition. Also does not include kennel cough, worms, mites, cocci, or any parasites, as they are common in dogs and puppies. are all to common in pups and can be contracted from you water, soil, or boarding facility And are treatable. This Guarantee is void if puppy is exposed to any Illnesses cause by neglect, evidence of abuse, exposure to weather, injury, chocking or poisoning.
You can't bring the puppy back because of landlord despites, family despites, or any other then a life threating condition.
Your puppy has had it's first set of shots, and been wormed frequently, from two weeks until sold, you will need to keep your shots up to date as well as worming
These puppies comes with a limited reg. ( which means your buying this puppy as a pet) Which only applies to Poodles. Breeding Dogs will have an extra priced added to the pet price.
You the buyer of the puppy have read, understands and agrees to the above Guarantee.Acceptance of this puppy constitutes acceptance of this agreement.
